An herbal infusion is similar to herbal tea, but it’s stronger and steeped much longer. This method helps extract a deeper concentration of minerals and medicinal compounds—perfect when you want a more powerful herbal preparation.

Recipe:
Use 1 ounce of dried herb per 1 quart of hot water.
Steep for 4–8 hours or overnight, then strain. Add a sweetener if desired.

Tip:
Before bed, you can prep enough infusion for the next day. Warm your pot, add the herbs, pour in hot water, and let it steep overnight.

Standard dosage:
2 cups (500 ml) per day.
Store your infusion in a covered jug in the refrigerator (or a cool place) for up to 24 hours.
